2 weeks of Rainbows! On red day we painted with red apples (it was quite the slippery mess!). On Orange day, we painted with orange “snail” slime. On yellow day, we painted with yellow legos and planted sunflowers. On Green Day, we painted with leaves! On blue day, it was water and water beads. Purple day we read Harold and The Purple Crayon and painted with purple crayons and went
on a wildflower hunt. Then we mixed it up. We experimented with color mixing and made rainbows using clues in the room. We also made magical magic wands. It was so much fun exploring, observing and searching for all the colors in nature! We finished up the weeks with a St. Patrick’s day leprechaun hunt!
